Breer Anheuser-Busch, beer producer '%Corona, has warned of the biggest drop in quarterly profits for at least a decade, as the Coronavirus cost about 155m euros in losses.
The largest beer-making giant, which stands behind Korona, Budweiser and Stella Artois, predicts the first quarter's profits will drop by about 10% after the spread of the virus suffered a decline in demand in China, the news broadcast.
Belgium-based group said: “The impact of the Covid-19 virus outbreak in our business continues to evolve”.
“Spread has led to a significant drop in demand in China”.
Last month Google said that the Corona beer research had increased by 1,100 per cent, as the reason for the coronary.
