The chairmanship meeting is held today and proposals for forming parliamentary commissions will be discussed.
The Kosovo Assembly has four permanent commissions such as it is for the Finance Board, the one for the Rights, the Interests of Communities and for Kthim, the Commission for Legislation and Justice, as well as the Commission for European Integration.
While there are 12 other functional foreign affairs commissions, for Education, Economy, Agriculture, Health, Public Administration, Internal Affairs, and so on.
Also, the Assembly, at the request of a third of all MPs, forms commissions for a particular case, including investigative issues, known as the “ad hoc” commissions.
Otherwise, this is the first meeting of the Assembly Headship to be chaired by Osmani, who was elected at the helm of the Kosovo Assembly on Monday.
