In the Group A Tirana will challenge the Parliament's surprise, while Vlasnia will face Teuta at two round-up meetings.
In Group B, it's the easiest game for Kukes to face Apollo while Bylis faces Skenderbeun.
The FSHF, meanwhile, has also revealed the date when the quarterfinal round will take place, with round matches to be played on March 8th, and returns on April 8, 2020.
