Albanian student Silva Dochi Evacuated from China, coronary tests turn negative

The Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs in continued co-operation and communication with the Albanian Embassy in Beijing and Ankara have worked intensively to successfully finalise the departure of Albanian student Silva Doci, who remained isolated within the university campus facilities in this town following measures taken for isolation [...]
The Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, following the Albanian student's issue with priority, under difficult conditions when no one could get in or out to Wuhan, has been in contact with the Turkish side for days, submitting the official request to include the Albanian student in the outgoing operation undertaken for Turkish citizens living in Wuhan.
Following the communications, the Turkish side agreed that student Silva Doci travel to the Turkish ambulance.
After completing official procedures with Chinese authorities for allowing them to leave Wuhan, the plane from China left today towards the military airport in Ankara.
Albanian student Silva Doci has conducted all the tests and proved negative for the NCOV virus (not affected), but the long journey to a plane of over 45 other persons evacuated by Wuhan makes her stay in quarantine compulsory.
Any citizen who leaves the Wuhan province is obliged to undergo a 14-day quarantine medical regime before moving freely.
For this phase of evacuation, the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs continued unprecedented contacts with the Turkish Foreign Ministry, with the goal of continuing the Albanian student's quarantine regime in Turkey.
The ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs is attending and will continue to follow the entire evacuation procedure of the Albanian student until her arrival near the family in Albania. /tch/
