A tall, bent old man with green rubber boots up to his kneecap, a pair of dock pants, and he cleaned the city shit all day long.
But few knew that the city's fecal cleaning had once been prime minister.
His cousin, Dudus Bicak, relates: “was heavy for us when we watched old Abraham clean the city's bathrooms. As soon as he came home, this same janitor spoke German with my father. Both had studied in Vienna, and their conversations were high. We women took care of him by cleaning and washing him. And although he was a toilet cleaner, Abraham looked back. After bathing, he often wore a tie. ”
Diedy indicates that the cleaning of the baths was like a condemnation of Abraham, for earlier he was a guard of the city's cemetery. Who was Ibrahim Bicak?
He was born in Elbasan in 1905, Biakkins' Pingol, and sof's only son I saw Elbasan and Ifete ate Vroon.
Early education took place in the hometown. He followed Vienna, high school, and studied at two faculties, that of Vienna Trade Academy for Agronomy and Political Science[2]. He possessed German, Italian, Turkish, English.
In 1926, after his father dies, he returns from Vienna and handles property management. It was the owner of several farms, the cigarette-making factory élbasanı (Flora) in Tirana, and the coffee Floraão, owner of the Albanian-based Trade Company ukbrahim Bicakciu, cofounder of the Society “Albiger” Italo-German along with Ahmet Rud gjuhën and Renzo Brunori, owned about 2,500 ha of land, several residential houses and several warehouses. His activity is not very clear until he becomes an active part of the country's political life. He reportedly brought the first tractor to Albania.
Life in Politics
King Zogu I, becoming an MP (independent) of Elbasan. After that mandate, it breaks off politics, to return in September 1943 as Chairman of the Executive Committee, leading a cabinet virtually to peace in a Albania that is out of control and fallen into the hands of communists for the most part.
Although a very difficult internal political moment in both the international arena (Germany is retreating), it also takes the lead in foreign and interior ministries. After Germany leaves Albania completely, the power of Korea hands over the LANC forces without resisting.
Special Trial and Prisoning
In the Special Court held in the former campaign of Kosovo, led by Koci Xoxe and Bedri Spahiu, from capital punishment to death, he was rescued by a petition signed by the elite of time in Elbasan, in which they claimed he was reborn by a patriotic and charitable family, and that he had never intended to act against his people. He was sentenced to 18 years in prison, mostly in Burrel prison. He leaves prison on May 5, 1962. After a short stay in Tirana, he returns to Elbasan, where after several years he is employed by cemeteries guard and then a worker at the municipal company. He died in Elbasan on January 4, 1977.
