I'm against the diaspora vote by mail, in municipal elections, why someone living in Munich tells our children who should be the director of education in one of Kosovo's municipalities.
But Syla is for the diaspora to vote in the national election.
On the national level, I think that diaspora should be allowed to vote, and be organised in Consulate and Embassy, let people go and vote for whom they want.
