Rape the Albanian: Appeals Court Condemns Robinho for nine Years

The incident occurred at a nightclub in Milan on January 22, 2013, when the victim, an Albanian female, was 22 years old.
Both Robinho and his friend Ricardo Falco were convicted and both received nine-year sentences confirmed at the first level of appeal in Milan today.

The initial sentence was confirmed overall by the Court of Appeals, along with a 60,000-euro compensation package from each to the victim.
There were a total of six men involved in rape, but four have not been identified.

The Italian justice system has four level of appeal, so Robinho is not yet obliged to enter prison.
