Farther away until December 27th, the trial of the preliminary procedure, Nicholas Guillou, is expected to decide on the extension or interruption of detention for OVL deputy chairman Nasim Haradinaj. The latter's lawyer, Toby Cadman, has already filed a request for Gucatt's release. The request in question contains 16 pages and 54 points.
Although he was appointed as Nasim Haradinaj's lawyer just an hour before the first session after confirming the indictment, lawyer Toby Cadman has managed to sum up to 54 points why, according to him, his client should cease custody.
Cadman on Friday we left behind called on the judge to extend the deadline for sending forwards dealing with the detention of Nasim Haradinaj. This is because Cadman was recently appointed OVL deputy president. However, the court dropped that requirement, and in that form only one day's work was left to write the parachutes for Nasim Haradinaj.
In his request, lawyer Cadman has listed the conditions under which Nasim Haradinaj agrees to make his provisional release from custody. It also includes the condition that Haradinaj copy the phone and other electrical equipment.
Among other things, the lawyer says Haradinaj agrees that he will not meet in any form with the accused, in this case Hysni Gucatin.
Condition 1: Delivering the passport and stopping Kosovo from leaving Kosovo, in addition to certain appearances at the tribunal.
Condition 2: To dwell at his permanent address, and not seek its change.
Condition 3: Any device used for communication, be connected and recorded with the Special Prosecution.
Condition 4: Report to a local police station at certain frequencies.
Condition 5: Keep in touch with the accused.
Condition 6: Taking on him not to communicate with the media, seeking to publish information about him or any other case currently subject to the court.

Thus, Nasim Haradinaj's lawyer has demanded that a hearing be held in terms of arguing the facts submitted to his client's request for release.
That's what OVL chairman Hysni Gucati has already asked for.
