The U.D. of Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani has reacted sharply to Serbia's Parliament Speaker, Ivica Dacic, who said Madeleine Albright and Bill Clinton have lied when they said Serbs committed genocide and killed civilians.
By means of a Twitter post, Osman has been removed, that this is an incompatible, disgusting, and inhuman statement.
We are once again seeing Serbian leaders denoting lies and denying war crimes. Saying that President Bill Clinton and Secretary Medeleine Albrich lied to the world when they shared the genocide story committed by the Serbian regime in 99 is unattended, disgusting and inhuman”, Osmani said.
Osman is further clear that crimes committed can be concealed because according to him this act is a crime in itself.
She has added that the history of genocide in Kosovo is necessary because silence is a denial of genocide.
“The crimes committed cannot and should not be deleted, since hiding crime is a new crime in itself, as horrible as the first one. The story of the history of the Serbian genocide in Kosovo is necessary, because choosing to remain silent is a denial of the existence of genocide. When President Clinton and Secretary Albright spoke, they chose the truth about lies, humanity over nonhumanity, they chose to protect the lives, dignity and rights of the Kosovo people. For that, we've been grateful for it forever”, she wrote.
