Mytaher Haskuka awarded tender Vetevendosje supporter in Prizren

Besim Dida, a supporter of Vetevendosje in Prizren, has been awarded tender by Mytaher Haskuka, the man of Albin Kurti, who leads the country's southernmost municipality.

On November 2nd, the Prizren municipality has launched the digital platform for teaching at a distance of eduprizren.net.

By means of the same, the Municipal Education Directorate aims to be close to students, teachers, directors, and parents, facilitating access to teaching and learning during the pandemic period.

“This platform also has the scope for the explosion and transmission of video materials performed for the Bosniak and Turkish community, which so far has not been achieved due to the capacity limited by staff and their commitment to the UN platform”, had written Mytaher Haskuka on the day the platform was launched.

Prizren's chairman, Haskuka, the tender for the creation of this digital platform has given Besim Dida, one of his supporters, and the Vetevendosje Movement.

Deda this public contract, which amounts to over 116 thousand euros, was won on September 23, 2020, writes Insander.

For the same tender, whose value was projected to be 120 thousand euros, three companies have applied, according to the public procurement document.

Despite this, the Prizren municipality tender has finally received Dida, and the one with negotiated procedures.

On the day of launching the platform, the creator of the eduprisren.net has expressed happiness in the project.

I am very happy that I have been given the opportunity to contribute to an important and very attractive project for my city”, Dida wrote when she distributed the Haskuka announcement, which was seen in the photograph with her, writes Insander newspaper.

Dida ties to Haskuka and Vetevendosje

Haskuka and Dida Sie have only this match. They have a lot, more, they date back to 2017.

The time when municipal elections were in the country, and for mayor of Prizren, Mytaher Haskuka of Vetevendosje competed.

At one of the Haskuca campaign gatherings, attended by Movement Speaker Albin Kurti, Dida was present.

This collection of Vetevendosje was documented with several photographs of the Dida ʹ where it was considered very close to Kurt and Haskuca.

Vetevendosje supporter Prizren has consistently done so, distributing materials related to the work of former Prime Minister Kurti, and President Haskuka.

It seems that his entire support for the Movement has already been rewarded with the 116 thousand-euro tender.

However, Dida has not admitted that his Africa with Haskuka has influenced him to take the tender.

I personally do not belong to the party organisational structures, no political subject. So I have no relation to the Vetevendosje Movement or Mr. Mythaher Haskuke”, said Dida in an answer to Inseder.

The same one, as Inseder newspaper wrote, has admitted to supporting Haskuka in recent elections.

“Z. I know Haskuka as a citizen of Prizren. In the last election I supported Mr. Haskuka is the same as all Prizren citizens have done since I think it's the best for Prizren. That's why it's not about influence in the tender won”, Dida said.

Meanwhile, the negotiated tender has said it has won because of 18 years of experience in the field of digital platforms.

Haskuka, nor the chief procurement of this municipality, have returned answers to Gazeta Insander's questions concerning the 116 thousand-euro tender.
