Mustafa for VV surveys: In LDK we don't trust any fairy tales, we only go to elections

Mustafa said that in early elections after the Constitutional Court's ruling, the best will be made.

He even said that at this party they don't trust fairy tales at all, referring to the latest polls that are making Vetevendosje the winner of the election, calling them ordered by the latter.

Mustafa stressed that in the elections, they will enter with confidence from citizens for the programme and the work Government Hoti has done.

I think the collapse of Government can't be a reason for the LDK to be damaged in the next election because Hoti Government has not violated the Constitution. The government has made no violation of the Constitution. The government has not chosen Kosovo Assembly deputies. They certified a whole other organ. CEC”, Mustafa said.

“They have sworn in in the Parliament. Even the deputy who was opposed to the vote has been sworn and no one at the time has said this is no MP and has no currency votes. He has always voted and no one has contested his vote. That's why it's not a matter of government. It was supposed to be a case of the Parliament and the CEC. And in this case only the consequences are in the Hot government because it is subsequently ending its mandate for a cause that is not the result of its conduct. As far as elections are concerned, I am very convinced that we will do well”, Mustafa said.

“As the LDK, I don't trust anything about how many fairy tales I trust these Vetevendosje polls ordered by it. We know well in Kosovo who has membership, which voters they have. We are also familiar with their surveys and organization. In the elections we will not enter with the polling complex, but we will enter with the confidence we expect from citizens for our programme and for the work the government has done, Mustafa has said.

If they find in the government Hoti corruption will punish Hoti Government. If they find it in my government of 2014-2017 corruption will punish us. But if they find that we have not worked well in terms of economic development yet not to give us the vote, but I am convinced that by the time we have governed both the LDK and the 2014-2017 period, even now the country has felt better with economic programmes and economic development concepts”, the LDK chief has declared.

Asked when to announce candidacy with names for the country's future prime minister, Mustafa said they have not yet discussed the party.

But he added that only MPs' lists will be discussed for the start.

We have not discussed in any case for names. We still have Prime Minister Hoti at the office and he is doing his job as prime minister. We will sit in the party, in the Chiefs, in the General Council because it is the competence of party bodies to discuss then. First we will discuss the MP list. We will discuss the criteria that we will determine who can be a member of the Kosovo Assembly MP by respecting all criteria and the purity of the image and civic and party support because we will not allow tomorrow in the country to have an LDK deputy who is at odds with the law or who does not trust citizens. Then we will also discuss possible candidates for prime minister”, Mustafa has said.

According to him, the LDK has withdrawn Agim Veliun from Podujevo because it has been during the mayor of the municipality.

And we haven't talked about the name of the next prime minister. We knowingly pulled Mr. Veliun from Podujevo because he was the mayor of the municipality. According to nominal results we have lost Podujevo, but we have very narrow results of the past period because we almost have the same voters. The other is that Vetevendosje has received many votes from other parties”.

LDK Chairman Isa Mustafa said they would not coalition with any political subject, but are open to co-operation.

We coalition will not deal with any political subject. But we can be open as we have done in recent years to some political subjects that they can join our list with some places from the list of 110 MP candidates so that with some subjects with which we have had good co-operation we can get them running through our list. But so far we have no conversation with any of the smaller political subjects”, Mustafa has declared.

According to Mustafa, the LDK cannot set red lines with no political subject, but can co-operate with those who will respect the principles of a partnership.

I can't declare myself right now. What I've said and had reactions from the LDK people and various commentators that LDK can't get red lines of co-operation with anyone because no political subject is the one that will win the majority in the assembly and that can make Government itself. We won't be able if we go out first and we won't be able to get another political subject if it comes out first. But we can cooperate with someone if they will respect the LDK and if they respect the principles of a partnership otherwise it is difficult to co-operate”.

But whether the LDK will get presidential candidate after the elections, he said it is up to who will win the prime minister.

However, Mustafa said it is the Constitution that determines the election of the president, because 80 deputies are needed in the Assembly.

“Depends on how the results will emerge from the elections. Even then I will be for a solution that does not confirm the country's main positions on a political subject. So it will be distributed so that the power of deployment can be distributed among the main parliamentary subjects in the Kosovo Assembly.
