Aggan Halili, brother of the M.H., 30-year-old primer who killed his father today with a knife in Prizren, has announced that his father's funeral will take place today at 1500 o'clock in the Prizren City cemetery.
Halili has made an explanation at his Facebook, as he said his brother was in treatment several times at the Psychiatric Clinic in Pristina, but later released from the hospital without any explanation.
