Kosovo Catholic Church priest Don Lusch Gjergji has been the last guest of the “Personal” with Crenere Vokshi-Shala on RTV Dukaagjini for 2020.
Don Lush Gjergji has also talked about Kosovo's reports with the Vatican state on a religious and political basis.
He says the Vatican has only formally not recognised the state of Kosovo, as reports exist.
The priest says the policy is divided and as religious leaders they cannot interfere with the Vatican recognition issue, but says he would offer help if asked.
We not only towards the Vatican but also towards the world we have many shortcomings. If Kosovo's diplomacy had done its job, surely the Vatican would have recognized us too. We have the right to wait for the world to do its part. We in a religious sense are not only known by the Vatican but are also privileged”
Lus Gjergji says the fate of the Catholic Church leaders in Kosovo has been related to the fate of the people both during the war and before and after the war.
We lack the wisdom of dialogue and conversation”, Don Lush Gjergji said, among other things.
