Kosovo Embassy in Austria has made an announcement concerning new measures against COVID-19.
Through the announcement it is known that all those who will visit Kosovo after the return should be quarantined for 10 days or conduct the test for COVID-19/
“All travelers who entered the Republic of Austria from high-risk infected countries with Covid-19, including Kosovo and the Balkan countries, must undergo quarantine 10 days at home. The quarantine can only be interrupted after five days provided it becomes a test for Covid-19 and the same is negative”.
Warning concerning new anti-action measures CO VID:
The embassy of the Republic of Kosovo in Vienna informs that on the basis of the current regulation of the Austrian government issued by law. 15,12.2020, as of 19,12.2020, these new measures for entry into Austria will take effect:
• All travelers who entered the Republic of Austria from high-risk infected countries with Covid-19, including Kosovo and the Balkan countries, must undergo 10-day quarantine at home. The quarantine can only be interrupted after five days provided it becomes a test for Covid-19 and the same is negative.
• All citizens who entered Austria must fill out the form with personal data and residence address in Austria. Formulators are usually taken into aircraft or border points.
• Except for the test The PCR is also known as Antigen.
• Exceptions for entry into Austria are only for emergency cases, medical humanitarian, diplomats, as well as the transitor crossing without the possibility of staying/stop on Austria's territory. Tourist visits are not allowed.
• From 2612.2020 Austria begins the third stage of total closure /lockdown until 1801.2021. After 18,01,2021 is set to open gastronomia, shops, and schools.
This regulation remains in force until another decision.
For entry into the territory of the Republic of Kosovo, the Kosovo Government's decision issued with 11.11.2020 as follows:
• In the event of a negative test failure, foreign citizens are forced to self-isolate for seven days.
