After the interview, the suspects have been assigned a 48-hour ban.

Kosovo police, responsible investigators from the Regional Investigation Unit for Economic Crimes and Corruption Investigation in Pristina, dated 30.12.20, following the acceptance of relevant information regarding allegations that it is being carried out (or is going to) criminal acts of corruption, have immediately undertaken the necessary investigative actions for the identification and arrest of suspects involved.
According to information received by the suspected male/kosovar person (laborant at IKSHPK), who has enabled a female/kosovare person to enter and run tests for Cov.19, without waiting at all, and for this service available the following day to receive the result he has asked him to give 20 euros.
Police investigators following the company of specific investigative measures, securing also the directives needed by the competent court, today with the date 30.12.20, have arrested the suspected male/kosovar person (responsant at the IKSHPK), who has been interviewed in the presence of a defence attorney in the quality of the suspected person and after consulting with the Prosecutor, has been issued for a 48-hour ban on suspects.
Kosovo police, even in these periods of commitment to managing the overall security situation, are taking active action even in the operation of providing assistance to other state institutions to better maintain public health, and no individual will be tolerated despite the role and function that he has, much more so during this period of pandemic we are going through, to violate the guaranteed rights of our citizens, in particular when they are dealing with health.
