She has written in a Facebook post that Serbia, with actions in recent months, as well as continuing violations, has jeopardised Kosovo's state security, and violated the process and achieved normalisation of relations between the two countries in both Washington and Brussels.
“Preses from Brussels and Washington as the official mediator of dialogue, respectively guarantors of peace, security, and stability in the region, a response to the destabilising violations and threats that Serbia is making to agreements and the spirit of normalisation through unbroken illegal interventions in the independent and sovereign state of Kosovo” has written Haradinaj-Stubla.

Sanction Serbia's violations
Serbia's provisional intervention in the Republic of Kosovo, by introducing through illegal routes a certain number of uncontested pharmaceutical products, as well as their management through parallel structures in the country's north, constitutes flagrant violations of the Customs Seals and Reciprocise recognition of pharmaceutical Certificates, reached in 2015 in the process of technical dialogue.
Serbia and its top officials, with last month's actions, as well as continuing violations, have jeopardised Kosovo's state security, and has subsequently violated the entire process and achieved normalisation of relations between Kosovo and Serbia in both Washington and Brussels.
The urgent co-operation and co-ordination of competent authorities in the Republic of Kosovo is imperative to be at the helm of the task and at maximum vigilance in protecting our country's sovereignty and borders.
I also expect from Brussels and Washington official, as dialogue mediators, guarantors of peace, security, and stability in the region respectively, an adequate response to violations and destabilising threats that Serbia is making to the agreements and spirit of normalisation through unregulated illegal interventions in the independent and sovereign state of Kosovo.
