The World Cup for Clubs is undergoing changes, as FIFA plans to expand the race to 24 teams, but the coronavirus explosion and the tight schedule means there is no room for changes in 2021.
The World Cup for Club 2020 was postponed due to COVID-19 and will take place in Qatar next year, between February 1st and 11th.

Next, the World Cup for Club 2021 will be held in Japan in December of the same year, and both will hold the number of six or seven teams.
But Infantino said the race could change as soon as possible and aims to hold the first 24-strong race in China.
It will be held in China. We have not yet set dates, but it will be the best competition for clubs in the world”, he said.
