In one day in Kosovo, 79 charges against 89 people in Kosovo are filed

The State Prosecutor has also announced that 11 suspected persons have been detained and 3 requests have been submitted for the appointment of the detention measure against three suspected persons.

Pristina, 01 December 2020, state prosecutor it is reported that during the last 24 hours from the fundamental prosecutors, seven decades (79) have been filed, against eight-eightant (89) persons, for various criminal acts, while eleven people have been detained at the order of the state prosecutor (11) and three (3) requests for the appointment of the detention measure against three suspected persons.

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina has detained a (1) suspected person, filed a (1) request for detention for a (1) person, and filed thirty-31) charges against thirty-five persons for various criminal acts.

The Constitutional Prosecution in Prizren has banned a (1) person for 48 hours and filed nine (9) charges against nine (9) persons for conducting various criminal acts, defined in the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo (KPRK).

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pec has detained three (3) persons for 48 hours, made a (1) request for the appointment of a measure of detention to a (1) person, and filed seven (7) acts of accusation against nine (9) persons for various criminal acts.

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjilan, on the order of the prosecutor, has detained a (1) person in 48 hours' length and set up eleven (11) charges against twelve (12) persons.

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjakova, at the order of the guardian prosecutor, has detained five (5) suspected persons and has filed a (1) indictment against a (1) person.

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Mitrovica has filed eleven (11) charges against eleven (11) for various criminal acts.

The founding prosecutor at Ferizaj has made a (1) request for the appointment of the detention measure against two (2) and has set up nine (9) acts against twelve persons.
