Close loved ones, friends, citizens of Kosovo. I feel a moral obligation to shed light and to explain directly what touched our family. My family, my late father, a man who knew a whole Prizren with a whole circle of affection, his virtue, is unjustly being blamed for „care “ „ „cthur“in the family.
At first, it wasn't a fight in the family, and it was embarrassing for those who made that news.
The one who committed the crime, my brother, is a psychic, has personality disorders, schizophrenic and depression. We've been suffering this disorder for 10 years. Brother has been on treatment several times in Pristina, he's been treated and then released without clear protocol from the hospital, with no clear guidance as to how the treatment should go. Brother has been violent and we've been forced to send him back to the psychiatrist in Pristina, and many more times we've asked for police help. We had our brother on the street, we couldn't leave him, but we also had solutions to this extremely difficult situation.
The late dad, he suffered even more because he's even more involved in brother's disease, he's taken him to the hospital and the police, gave him the medicine by force, got him out more often than anyone else for coffee to get back to normal.
In view of the brother's hard condition we called Prizren police three days ago before this crime happened, they came and argued about how you could hire a two-year-old and escaped.
The responsibility for this tragic outcome belongs only to Kosovo institutions that are responsible for such problems.
