No traces of alcohol and drugs have been discovered in Diego's autopsy Armando Maradona, who died on November 25th after a heart attack.
The Argentinian newspaper “Ole” suggests that the analysis confirmed the lack of heart disease medicines, which, in turn, had traces of psychotrope drugs.
According to the autopsy, Maradona died as a result of acute lung edema, coupled with the deterioration of chronic heart failure ( Diego's heart had expanded miocardiopatia and weighed 503 grams, nearly double that normal).
Moreover, the traces of a potential cirrhosis were found inside the liver, inside the lungs, cutting off seven alveoli, and an intralveral edema, while an acute tubular necrose was on the kidney.
