Is the AKI dismissal coordinated between Hoti and Osman? President gives consent

Kosovo Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti has asked Kreshnik Gashi to release the task of director of AKI. This was announced today by a media communique from the prime minister's office. The prime minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Mr. Avdullah Hoti asked Mr. Kreshnik Gashi, release of [the] director's office
Kosovo Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti has asked Kreshnik Gashi to release the task of director of AKI.
This was announced today by a media communique from the prime minister's office.
“Republic of Kosovo Prime Minister Mr. Avdullah Hoti asked Mr. Kreshnik Gashi, the release of the Kosovo Intelligence Agency's task director (AKI)”, was said in the communique.
So, it seems, no reason has been given for such a request by Hoti, whether it is about breaking the safe to the presidency or performing.
And according to the AKI law, procedures for firing the AKI director are clear.
Article 4 of this law clearly states that the dismissal of the AKI director occurs in the same form that the appointment happens.
“5.4 AKI Director downloaded via the same process that has been named”It says there.
So the director of AKI is appointed by the prime minister and the president, and in the same form is also dismissed.
“5.3 The president of the Republic of Kosovo, together with the prime minister, appoints the AKI director within twenty (20) working days from the day the position remains free”, It says at Article 3 of the Law for AKI.
Even law affairs connoisseur Ehat Miftaraj points out that Vjosa Osmani's consent to Kreshnik Gashi's dismissal is needed now, always if the latter does not resign.
The “currently remains at 50% of the U.D. decision. that Presidentes, Mrs. Osmani or she gives her preference for the AKI Director's dismissal, always if the same one doesn't give up. The download cannot happen without the president's common preference and Prime Minister”, wrote Miftaraj on Facebook.
The news has also asked President Osmani's U.S. office about whether there was co-ordination for the matter in question with the prime minister, and is awaiting an answer from the presidency cabinet.
