Based on her initial statement to the investigative police, she has confirmed that no money was demanded from the victim.
Referring to the 21-year-old statement, she says that during the act of victim, the witness along with the motel owner tried to help, but during the attempt they noticed that his condition was not improving, and for a moment they have seen that the victim has no reaction.
Considering the victim is dead, the owner of the motel has asked the witness to go to the police together and report the case.
According to the witness, she has not demanded payment from victim “s this time or other times that have been met”, the Express teaches.
On the other hand, the witness has claimed that several days ago they met the victim and that they agreed to meet again on the critical day.
She said she had taken a taxi to the designated location where the victim was waiting.
According to the guardian doctor at the scene, the victim is suspected to have died as a result of cardiac arrest, which may have been caused by the use of a type of substance that has been found at the scene, which is suspected to be virals.
At the order of the prosecutor, the victim's lifeless body has been sent to the Institute of Legal Medicine for Obligation, meanwhile until the completion of the autopsy report, the case is being handled as the “death gap”.
In this case, three persons have so far been interviewed in witness quality.
Meanwhile, Kosovo Police have also announced the case in question.
