20-year-old judge in Kosovo football

Amid prejudice in our stadiums, passion, unspoiled work, and desire took first place for him.

I've been referring since I was 17 years old. First I referred to regional leagues, and now I've gone to the Third League”.

First Festina began her football career at the women's club, Vision by Ferizaj. But in time, she decided to follow the steps to become a judge, for the virtue of being righteous was even when she was a football player.

I was originally a soccer player with a Ferizaj club, but then I continued with reference. Since I started playing football, I've followed the referral steps, and from there I've had a desire to refer to”, she said.

Now 20 years old, although young, she shows how difficult it is to accept a woman among many men as judges.

The difficulties are pretty big, but with work and commitment, I believe I'm going to walk before”.

With work and dedication, Festina aims to quickly share justice in Kosovo's Superleague and international matches.

Finally, there's a message for all the girls who want to follow her way. Festina Koja is among 20 female judges in Kosovo that share justice in Kosovo football.

Of course my intentions are to reach the Superleague and share justice in international competitions. I believe my work and dedication will achieve my goals. I call on the girls that if they want the reference let them continue. Of course, everything at first has its difficulties”.

The 20-year-old Ferizaj currently refers to second and third leagues in the Kosovo championship.
