We were surprised and disappointed that the prosecution suggests that the court might begin shortly after the first documents were issued and we were also surprised and disappointed that the Prosecutor's attorney tried to justify that the accused now know the charges the prosecution has taken against them.
It's an extraordinary position the prosecution takes. It's an indicator that how honest the prosecution is in their approach.
It is clear based on the trial experiences of the former Yugoslavia on charges of joint criminal enterprise The KLA, from defence, will be large enough, since the prosecution's indictment has been made with gold, several charges from different areas of Kosovo have been mentioned, different people, different areas claiming to have been KLA members and have fabricated the accusations. From this experience, there may be false evidence presented by the prosecution. Maybe the prosecution doesn't know they're fakes, but we need a forensic examination of evidence presented by the prosecution.
