Lawyer Rudi Giuliani has said he will start presenting legal challenges in terms of election results where Democrat Joe Biden came out winning.
According to him, the late Philadelphia residents (including actor Will Smith's father) have voted in this election.
“simply does not lose such superiority without corruption”, he has indicated.
