American media have made this announcement based on the vote count, eight days after the day of the vote.
By three votes Alaska, as long as the Elexoral College in this state, the total number of Trump scores reaches 217, while already elected President Joe Biden has 279 votes, or nine more than is needed to announce a winning candidate.
Arizona, Georgia, where Beden currently leads, and North Carolina, where Trump is ahead, are expected to announce the winners.
But even if Trump manages to win all three states, their 42 Elexoral College votes could not change the outcome.
Counting all votes has also resulted in Senator Dan Sullivan's victory, giving his Republican Party half of the seats in the Senate with 100 seats.
The Democrats have 48 seats, as for two others in Georgia, it is expected that the winners will be released in January, since no candidate has won more than 50 per cent of the vote in the November 3rd elections.
As the vote count has reached the final stage, all major American media have declared Biden the winner of the election.
Trump has not accepted the result, until his campaign and the Republicans have initiated several legal requirements, challenging the counting process in key states.
Judges have dismissed most of them, while Trump has not provided data on election fraud or vote theft.
Beden and his team have started preparations for the new American administration, if the victory is confirmed.
