However, Ter Stegen, who recently signed a new long-term agreement to stay in Catalonia until 2025, staying more than a decade with Barcelona's lantern.
“Always is an advantage of having Mess on the team because it can score goals from each position, that's what makes it so special”, the 28-year-old said in an interview for BarcaTV.
“I hope he'll continue here and be happy. You have to give him the chance to be above things, because he's an extremely important part of our game. ”
