Tahiri: History will permanently eradicate the effort to change the truth of our struggle for freedom

He in a Facebook post wrote that Serbia, perverting the truth about the liberation fight of the Albanian people in Kosovo, will fail at the end because its accusations are groundless.

At The Hague's dock, President Hashim Thaci today did not stand up as an individual, but an entire era of men and women who fought for Kosovo's freedom and independence. The brightest side of our national history remained.

The very treatment of groundless and Serbia-led claims is evidence of how the trajectory of truth has slipped and distorted. The truth that we all know, the truth that we know and that the whole democratic world has seen.

With these unstable and baseless accusations, cut down and failed, those who have tried to change history will remain.

Without a doubt, the triumph of righteousness in the end will restore both truth and righteousness. Just as President Thaci dignifiedly responded to these accusations, history will permanently eradicate efforts to change the truth of our people's struggle for freedom and independence.
