It is not known whether a woman really looks like Vucinciqi or is used photohop.
Otherwise, the Kosovo Foreign Ministry had confirmed the request of the Serbian president's office, but had said it would not grant permission to visit the Republic of Kosovo.
Along with Vucic, Serbian Interior Minister Aleksandar Vulin, former Kosovo office chief Mark Djuric and current chief of the Office for Kosovo in Serbia's government, Petar Petkovic, were expected to arrive in Kosovo.
