In a televised debate, Rudari has published documents which he claims prove Bulliqi is a usurper.
“Bulliqi has quickly usurped 985 square metres of which he built the house on public property. Without the mayor at all allowed himself to be a usurper, what if he became mayor?
It's family land. I didn't do it, but Santa Claus is right there.
It's not that the house was built in 2005”, Rudari replied.
Rudari also said Bulliqi has painted his house with the same facade as the village school he built while he was the director of education in Podujevo.
