It was a scandalous attitude. There are two consecutive weeks that all parties and politicians are attacking the Special Court, which is envisioned in the Constitution. I understand by what right Kosovo politicians have given themselves to attack third power, justice, I understand if anyone would go out to say that if there is political interference we will help because it's important, the war of the people of Kosovo... but to go out and attack Kosovo's institutions of justice, because they're in the Constitution of Kosovo, the way that Albin [Kurti] has done... he has the greatest responsibility because he is the winner of the last elections, after what other parties are doing... this is extremely disturbing, because that's because there's no need for the differences in justice, [Kenza] [Kenzian], he has a greater responsibility because he's the latest party, after what the other parties are doing. ...
In the face of the Replica that Kurti did not vote on the establishment of the Special Court and, as a result, may have a right to his approach, Djindovci replied strictly that the law should be respected “we want, agree or associate with it”.
