Paris player Saint-Germain has also filed an appeal, though his representatives, over the June decision to see him pay 6.7m euros for his former club.
These claims, reported by”Que to the southeastern square”, imply that Neymar is demanding almost 60m euros from his former club.
In Neymar's case, he still believes he owes a 44m-euro renovation bonus from Barcelona following his move to PCG in 2017. Barcelona didn't just pay the sum until he left the club. The case will now be resolved by the Supreme Court of Justice and Catalonia.
These legal claims have roots in a 26m-euro bonus agreed between Neymar and Barcelona when he renewed his contract in” Camp Nou” until 2021, but which was blocked by the Catalan club while his move to the PSG was still in doubt.
