Gomez confirmed the news on her Instagram, sharing a photo of the contract signing before awaiting confirmation from the Argentina Football Association.
In her post Gomez said: “Today I am officially a player in the highest class of Argentina football.
There were many obstacles, many fears and griefs. What made me think one day I'll never be anyone, that I'd never be able to be happy in my life today has been overthrown.
