Kosovo will face Slovakia on November 26th, and on November 28th with Iceland, under European pre-qualifications for the 2023 World Cup.
Kosovo basketball players from Wednesday have been in quarantine and have trained together until Monday they will travel towards Slovakia.
One of the players who has been invited for the first time is the Union's Musab Mala, who in this edition has shown very good games for the presidential team, making it receive an invitation from Christos Marmarinos.
Mala has talked about the feeling of playing for Kosovo. For me, it is a special feeling and great responsibility to play for Kosovo. I am very proud to have the opportunity contributed to Kosovo. I hope that my contribution is somewhat productive for positive results”, Mala has indicated to the FBK official page.
He has also talked about the course of preparations and the challenges of the Dardans. “We've given the best in training and I believe we'll do our best at the park matches against Slovakia and Iceland. Our engagement will not be missed in both matches, and all players will give their best in these two difficulties”, has added far from Mala.
Kosovo is the leader of the group, with two victories it won in February of this year. The Dardans scored victory over Iceland 80:78 in Pristina and as guests defeated Luxembourg 80:84.
The recent challenges in this group will take place in February of next year, where Kosovo will face Slovakia and Luxembourg.
