After businesses, churches and some cultural objects will also be opened on December 1st, which will be able to accept mostly 30 visitors to the gathering, while those who want to exercise cannot go more than 20 kilometers from their home and stay three hours abroad.
So far, those who wanted to exercise have had the right to leave just a mile of home or residence and stay out no more than an hour, writes The Guardian, the Express broadcast.
Macron also said that if the daily number of new cases falls to about 5,000, isolation would officially be lifted on December 15th, allowing for vacation season trips.
However, the police clock will continue to remain in force from 9 p.m. to 7 am, except December 24th and 31st, while for all festive gatherings, strict respect for social distance regulations is required.
The third phase of easing the measures is expected to begin on January 20th, the president announced. Bars, restaurants and clubs will be reopened from that date.
