Pazini was waiting for a good offer, but in the end he decided to end his career.
He appeared on the Italian stage with Atalanta's fanele and played his best football in Fiorentina and Sampdoria. Then followed a transfer to Inter, where he did not shine, he also played for the rival of the Black City, Milan.
He stayed in Verona for five years and borrowed at Levante for a season. He also played for the Italian national team, marking four goals in 25 presentations.
