Hoxhaj, through a Facebook status, has said it is a major loss for the family, Istog and Democratic Party of Kosovo, the surprise death of the party member and Asamblist, Labinot Aliaj.
“It was synonymous with good and unregulated engagement for the community, city and Kosovo.” wrote Hoxhaj on Facebook.

Great loss for our family, Istog and Democratic Party of Kosovo, the sudden death of our member and assemblyist, Labinot Aliaj.
Activism, generosity, the face of a dear and hardworking boy, will be lacking, especially us at the party. It was synonymous with good and unregulated commitment to the community, the city and Kosovo.
In the name of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, it expresses the deepest condolences of the family, friends and all the activists they know and worked with.
May the soil of Kosovo be light, Labinot!
