However, this morning information appeared that Giggs had been detained for physically attacking his girlfriend.

The police released him after paying the bail. But now he has denied such information in a statement.

“Z. Giggs denies any charges against him. He is co-operating with the police and will continue to assist in the investigation”, his officials said.
