Education Gerjaliu, director of the Institute of Legal Medicine, has said the area where the morto remains of war victims have been discovered is very difficult.
For three days the mass cemetery has been discovered in Kizhevak, Raska, located in the middle of Rudnica and Copaonic, near a mine and in mountainous terrain. Stones have been thrown on the remains of Albanians and the remains of the mine that have created nearly a mountain, which has largely made digging difficult to find the bones.
Gerxhaliu said that following the discovery of the cemetery, the judge -- who by law in Serbia -- is now awaiting the decision when the work will begin.
The “may happen today and wait for his decisions whether the work will continue. As an institution, we are willing to proceed immediately until conditions allow. We're going to control the ground while we're convinced that there's a bone section and then we can give the exact number of individuals we've found”.
The majority of these cases connect around the Rudnica and Raska area. They actually belong to groups of people who were in Batajnica, and it's not the only point where the search is being done. Until the discovery of the mass cemetery, it had to be expected five years only”.
Gerjaliu in Klan Kosova said co-operation with Serbian institutions dealing with the issue is good until the exact discovery of the site is taken from satellite images of the Red Cross.
Serbia's <x0). Next, samples will be taken and sent to the International Commission for Undiscovered”.
“Our first challenge is to find mass graveyards, and now after five years it is a joy of work success. Then, too, the challenge is where they will be, how many people we will find and identify. The most emotional is when we have to hand over to family members who have their wounds reopened. However, it is a “joy” and for family members that they may have a tomb of their relatives”.
Gerjaliu said the process will be a long one because of the terrain and working procedure that will be done by hand from now on.
