The Gastronomies Association opposes new antiConvidian measures, as they believe economic damage will get worse.
They even say that limiting the work of this sector by 7:00, is forcing businesses to close down locals even earlier so that there is no punishment for workers.
The representative of the Gastronomia Association, Arian Vranica, in an interview for Kosova Preress, stresses that the new measures are harmful to the fact that business in the gastronomial sector circulates mostly in the evening.
He adds that under these measures, locals have been forced to shut down even earlier because of the curfew.
The “is certainly harmful because afarism circulates most at night especially in our sector, and that is a tremendous damage to us. We also have special criticism in the work of time, restriction of movement, especially in these high - risk municipalities because it still became the same error by having the same time limit on business exercise and the restriction of movement because it still affects business must be closed earlier so that workers cannot be harmed”, he says.
The main problem, Vranica, is considering the condemnation that gastronomic workers are facing during their journey home, stressing that the government should find solutions to public transportation as well.
“is causing major problems in liquidity, in operational spending, workers can now be at risk of being highly punished, and should be caused by their discontent and found solutions for other sectors, such as public transportation, because there are workers travelling, and this activity should have been better thought of allowing more”, he claims.
In the interview for Kosovo, he indicated that they have given the government a specific timeline for the adoption of their demands. While it adds that among their demands is changing the decision of measures to prevent the virus.
“We have given a deadline to approve our requests or to give us some sort of concrete response because this is why we cannot continue because businesses are going bankrupt... We request that as soon as such financial actions are made in November, workers' pay lines are subject to subvention, cover the rent, operational spending, try to postpone loans until the end of the pandemic and, of course, some changes are made in terms of the decision of the virus” prevention, he says.
With the government's new decisions on preventing corruption from spreading, gastronomy is allowed to operate until 7:00.
Kosova Preris has tried to get pronociations from some gastronomy locals in the capital, but that the latter have refused to be promoted.
