Initially it was reported that there would be no ceremony, nor the price for this year after the trouble with Covid 19, but what appears to be the world's largest soccer house has changed its decision.
FIFA has already begun collecting the votes of national captains and trainers to decide for the best player in the world.
The vote will continue until November 25th, with the ceremony expected to be held in late December.
This year's favourite is the Polish attacker of Bayern Munich, Robert Leandowski, who won last season's triplete.
