Experts: China, Europe, the United States Must Lead Green Change

The Natural Resources Protection Council (NRDC) announced that China's goal to neutralise the carbon level by 2060 will require co-operation from other countries as well.

China's President Xi Jinping, during a speech at the UN General Assembly in September, pledged to work to neutralise the carbon level, which marked China's first long-term goal of climate, thus joining dozens of other countries in adopting mid-century targets.
