In front of Friday's weekend games, clubs have devoted Tribute to legend Diego Maradona, following news of his tragic death Wednesday.
The football world has lost an icon, and football matches at European championships have been followed by applause before the first whistle, as a tribute to Argentina, broadcast Periscope.
Everton's fight against Leeds did not stand out and it was an exciting moment in particular for Carlo Anceplott.
Italian played Maradona on several occasions in Serie A.
Everton's current coach was playing for Rome and Milan when Maradona was conquering Naples.
Anceplott triumphed in six of their confrontations, with Naples winning a match, and four ended by draw.
Despite these results, it is clear that this pair has had maximum respect for each other.
And while Everton and Leeds were costing the Tribute, Anceplott is seen teary on the technical line. He then made the sign of the cross after he said the prayer.
