Mitrovica Mayor Agim Bahtiri has said the country's isolation measures during the weekend will have no effect for protection from COVID-19 and that in northern Mitrovica subjects are continuing their activities today normally.
Bahtiri through a Facebook post has said measures taken without proper planning show that the Government of Kosovo has lost its way in preventing the spread of COVID-19.
” However, if this Government believes that the country's isolation decision is successful, then why it is not implementing the decision even in northern Kosovo municipalities, where business subjects there are continuing their activity there today normally and may be a potential source of the spread of COVID-1950, Bahtiri wrote.
