“Normising relations between Belgrade and Pristina initially depends on their governments with EU mediation through Special Emissar Miroslav Lajcak in the role of mediator”, Brown said, Tanjug.
On November 29th, it was the last meeting held between Kosovo and Serbia in Brussels at the expert level.
Miroslav Lajcak met Skender Hysen and Petar Petkovic to discuss financial claims and properties.
After the meeting Lajcak said the parties have agreed to meet in the second round, but that even after three weeks has not happened.
