Every woman, every girl, every person deserves a life without violence”, the US Embassy said through a Twitter post.
On International Day for Elimination of Violence on Women, the US Embassy called on government and civil society to take action to protect victims of violence.

During the coronary pandemic, Kosovo and many countries in the world have reported increasing cases of domestic violence.
According to the Kosovo Police, from the beginning of this year until August, over 1,338 cases of violence against women have been filed, of which four cases have ended in death.
