Due to the failure of the feasibility session has been the absence of the representative of the newspaper indictee “Bota today”, reports “Justice Trust”.
The court's case, Mihane Ismajli, concerning the lack of an indictee representative, has said that according to the translation at the requested address, it results in the same failure to work there and that there is a new address.
So Judge Ishmael has charged the prosecution's representative, lawyer Musa Dragusha, with seven days' term to bring to court the new indictee's address.
On the other hand, Judge Ismajli has announced to the prosecution's representative that if the indictment is not met with the new address of the indicted party, the court will consider the indictment of the dropped plaintiffs, as well as if the address is still incorrectly rejected.
The next session in this case is expected to be held after the court accepts the new address of the unknown party.
In contrast, according to the indictment exercised on May 22, 2014, nine plaintiffs are calling from the newspaper indictee “Bota today”, compensation for unpaid wages, and legal interest of 8%.
The indictment states that plaintiffs for years have been employed in the newspaper “Bota today”.
According to the indictment, plaintiff Bajrush Morina, indicted for work during the 2007 period -- 2013 -- has not paid 13 salaries, which according to the indictment -- the indictment indictee owed the plaintiffs a total of 9,000 euros.
On the other hand, plaintiff Freedom Hajdari, indicted for his work during the 2000 period, 2013, has not paid 12 salaries, which according to the indictment indicted of the same i dealt with 5,500,000 euros.
While the plaintiff Shqipe Osmani for work during the 2007 period, the indictee has not paid 11 salaries, which according to the indictment indicted of the same iCE owes 3,600,000 euros.
And plaintiff Ismail Shabani, indicted for work during the 2007 period, 2012 did not pay him eight salaries, which according to the indictment indicted by the plaintiff, owes 3,600,000 euros.
On the other hand, according to plaintiff Avdi Gashi for work during the 2004 period -- 20013 of the indictees did not pay 18 salaries -- which according to the indictment indicted indictees of Kosovo owes 5,500,000 euros.
Also reported in the indictment, plaintiffs Albulen Neziri for the 2010 period, the unknown in 2010 has paid four salaries, which according to the indicted indictment of the prosecution, owes 2,250.00 euros.
Also according to the indictment, plaintiff Hasanrahaj for work during the 2008 period, the unknown in 2008 has paid 44 salaries, which according to the indictment indictees of Kosovo owes 13,200.00 euros.
Based on the indictment, plaintiff Besim Toska for his work during the 2012 period, the unknown in 2014 has paid three and a half salaries, which according to the indictment indicted by the plaintiff, owes 1,350.00 euros.
Similarly, according to the indictment, plaintiff Nezir Mazrek for his work during 2013, the indictee has paid five salaries, which according to the indictment the plaintiffs owe 2,500,000 euros.
The indictment reportedly, following a complaint filed by the plaintiffs in the Labour Inspectorate, the same as the decision of March 25th 2014 had proven to be based on their complaint, but the indictee failed to act on that decision, and the plaintiffs had not paid salaries for their work.
Therefore, on the side of this indictment, the plaintiffs are asking the court to make their request approved as based and force the newspaper “Bota today”, for the plaintiffs to compensate for paid wages, and for the legal daggers of 8%.
