But what I see is the miss that Vjosa Osmani did in this case, writes Periscope.
Osmani has written that it should dawn on Uke Bytyqi's murder, which shows that she has no information that Uke Bytyci's killer is in jail.
The country's “Freedom will remain incomplete as long as these political killings will be unfinished.”, Osmani wrote among other things.
We remember that Bytych's killer was sentenced to 20 years in prison.

Today, on the 18th anniversary of the assassination, we remember Suhareka Chairman Uke Bytyqi, the leader of political and institutional life in Suhareka, co- thinker of Kosovo's historic president's interaction, Dr. Ibrahim Rugova. We remember the good family member of the wise leader who gave the Suhareka of the Sohareks the model of the bold and determined chieftain, not only for the organisation of parallel life during the movement for independence, in the 1990s, being the leader of the LDK in this municipality, but also for the organisation of war, participating in organizing the first KLA cells, and after the war, when he took over to lead the citizens of this city in building institutional and political life.
Courage and determination, wisdom and the weighted word turned Uka into a trustworthy man for the citizens of Suhareka and all of Kosovo. Along with his supporters, Bajfti Bajrami of Bajram Bytycin, he was killed just because he was promoting the ideals for which generations of natives were sacrificed: free life and the consolidated state in which freedoms and human rights are respected, including the right to free voting and peaceful manifestations, which are considered the end of citizenship.
The country's freedom will remain incomplete as long as these political killings are unmet.
