This is certainly also a big victory for all Kosovo citizens who were severely damaged by the pandemic.
But already, the Hoti Government will have the slightest pressure which had grown far in recent weeks because of continuing failures to pass this law.
64 votes to be secured in this vote -- a significant number taking into account that the Government could not make 60 in the past six votes, writes Periscope.
Mayor Vjosa Osmani just heard the applause said that “has passed the law only on first reading”, while LDK's Arben Gashi said she welcomed the suggestions of other parties. /Periscope
