The Gazette Insander research, highlighted the scheme of the disappearance of over two million euros from the State Treasury, writes Insport, broadcast Periscopi.
Two million and 77 thousand euros were passed by the State Treasury through four transactions in the Drinas-based private company's account, the LDAPPP, owned by Kadri and Valon Shala.
Treasure robbery occurred at the time of the October 9th pause ten days before the scandal was made public. The illegal transaction was conducted by Labinot Gruda, official of the State Treasury, according to the state prosecution, all of this has occurred within eight minutes. Gruda is in custody, while Kadri and Valon Shala are on the run.
The newspaper Inseyder has found that most of the money, or 1 million and 300 thousand euros, from the LDA account group has been distributed in the other 17 accounts.
Twenty-six thousand euros of them have gone to the football club account “The Lapusnik KF Grica” an extinct football club, which Kadri Shala had run several years earlier.
Since July 2018, “The Lapusnik KF Grica” has changed the name to KF Drenas. In addition, another 261 thousand euros have been withdrawn to banks by LDA Group S.P. Valon and Kadri Shala.

As many as 400,000 are suspected of being blocked in company accounts, in which four illegal payments were made on behalf of the Ministry of Infrastructure, reports Insander newspaper.
An official of the KF Drenas Club, for Insport, has stated that Kadri Shala had been chairman of the club in the past, confirming that he has transferred a lot of money to the club account.

“into the club account has been transferred a total of 6 thousand euros from Kadri Shala, who had previously been head of the club. Mr. Shala has had obligations to the club, and he has indicated that this amount is a donation to club”.
We as a club will return this money to the State Treasury under regular procedures”.
KF Drenas, who in the year had changed his name from KF Grek, competes in the First League of Kosovo in Group A.
